 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
 BUTTER GHEE (pronounced GUI) is the name for Indian butter, also known as clarified butter, gourmet butter, butter oil or BUTTER OIL.
 This GHEE is made with premium unsalted butter and added with PINK HIMALAYAN SALT, which is a natural salt that contains slightly less sodium than ordinary refined salt. Sal Rosa also contains several essential minerals for our health.
 Produced with top quality butter from the milk of cows raised on pasture and free of antibiotics, resulting in a high quality GHEE with a unique taste.
 NOTE: Not recommended for Ayurvedic therapies and preparation of beverages such as Bulletproof coffee, as it contains salt.

 WAYS TO USE:
 Used as a substitute for butter and vegetable oils in cooking. It can be used to prepare rice, vegetables, soups, roasts, sauces, veggie feijoada, popcorn, fried foods and also to be used in bread, toast and tapioca.

 FIRST QUALITY BUTTER WITHOUT SALT and HIMALAYAN ROSE SALT.

​ VALIDITY : 
 1 year from date of manufacture.
 CONSERVATION: 
 keep to  temperature  environment, in a cool place away from sunlight.
 Once opened,  consume  preferably  within 90 days. It's not necessary  of refrigeration. 

 If the product is exposed to heat above 35°C, there may be separation of faeces or melting, without compromising its quality.
 No longer creamy at temperatures below 12°C.
 NOTE: If your GHEE melts, the salt can be concentrated at the bottom of the pot. In this case, just mix it well with a spoon.
